About me- Your tantra therapist in Uppsala

Welcome home to yourself! At Lustkraft in central Uppsala, I offer warm, authentic, and sensual tantric massage sessions, online tantra sessions, and more. I’m Lisa (Elisabeth Björling), your dedicated tantra therapist and intimacy coach. Since 2004, I have guided people toward playful sexuality and emotional growth, backed by extensive experience including over 70 tantra courses and my background as a civil engineer.


My peaceful oasis is located just 30 minutes by train from Stockholm and 18 minutes from Arlanda Airport, with only a short walk from Uppsala station.

Services offered, for my tantric sessions in Uppsala 



Tantric massage and yoni massage: Experience deeper intimacy, body awareness, and emotional presence.

  • 180 min – SEK 5,000 or €500
    Recommended minimum duration for first-time clients.



Tantra online – guided yoni and lingam massage, erotic embodiment and sensual intimacy.

Mindful masturbation – discover powerful tools for self-love, erotic awareness, and sensual self massage in a safe and professionally guided online session.

45 minutes – SEK 1,800 or €180
